What is the Conference Edition?
The Dream System is the narrative and the Companion Workbook bound as one book — eight chapters to read, then every prompt, tracker and covenant page to write in. “Pre-release Conference Edition” means it ships first to the October 17 conference and to pre-orders here; the general release follows.
What changed from The Dream Journal?
The Dream Journal was two books — a narrative you read and a workbook you wrote in. The Dream System puts them back together in one volume, so you read a chapter and turn straight to its workbook pages. The eight chapters, the ten-minute practice and every exercise are the same.
Do I still need the app?
No — the book has all the writing space you need. The app is for people who would rather type: it carries every workbook page, saves your answers on your own computer, and exports a finished PDF.
Is it only for Christians?
The book is grounded in Christian faith, and Elbert makes no apology for that. But the tools underneath it work for anyone: get clear about your purpose, be honest with yourself, let people hold you to it, and act. If your tradition is different, change the spiritual language and keep the tools.
Can our small group use it?
Yes — it was built for that. Every part of the workbook includes discussion questions, and one chapter a week fits most small groups, cohorts and ministry teams. The trackers run alongside for a full month.
